Influence of Structural Properties of TiO2 Electrode on Photovoltaic Efficiency of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
Dye-sensitized solar cells were fabricated using TiO2 synthesized by sol-gel method. The samples were characterized by XRD, solid state-NMR, FE-SEM and BET analysis. The effects of different physical and chemical properties of TiO2 particles on the performance of dye-sensitized solar cell were investigated. It was found that the conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells was highly affected by TiO2 film structure.
