Photoconductivity of the TiO2 plus Fullerene-C-60 bilayers: steady-state and time-resolved measurements
Photoconductivity of TiO2 + Fullerene-C-60 bilayers was studied, The fullerene layer conductivity increased significantly in presence of radiation with wavelengths below 300 nm incident onto TiO2. The sample response time was shorter than 20 ns. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
