Optical two-dimensional Fourier transform spectroscopy of semiconductors
Two-dimensional Fourier transform spectra of optical excitations in semiconductor quantum wells are obtained. Coupling between heavy-hole excitons, light-hole excitons and unbound electron-hole-pairs results in off-diagonal features. A qualitative analysis of these features reveals the dominance of many-body interactions. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
