Preparation of Cu2S nanoribbons from Cu(thiocarbamide)Cl center dot 1/2H(2)O complex nanowires by solid-state reaction at room temperature without surfactants
Cu2S nanoribbons with width of 60-80 nm, length of 200-500 nm, and average thickness of about 8 nm were prepared by means of a simple solid-state reaction at room temperature without surfactants. The product was characterized by various techniques of XRD, XPS, TEM, HRTEM, and UV-vis spectra.
