We constructed a resin-bound peptide library in which the peptide was designed to take an alpha-helix structure, and p-boronobenzoic acid was conjugated on the epsilon-amino group of the Lys side-chain placed at the middle of the helix. Screening this library allowed selection of a peptide that can bind flavin adenine dinuclecitide with high affinity and selectivity.
