Chiral macrotricyclic cage amines have been synthesized; their X-ray structures have revealed that the asymmetric framework has been formed by adding a single chiral carbon into methylene skeleton of cage amine. The (HNMR)-H-1 spectra have shown the stable and rigid conformation in solution.
