EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF COMPLEX EDUCT-INHIBITED REACTIONS FOR EXAMPLE OF SELECTIVE HYDROGENATION OF ACETYLENE
Instable ranges were found during the experimental investigation of the kinetics of educt-inhibited reactions in the differential circulating reactor. Such ranges are caused by educt inhibition as detected by model calculations. This reaction engineering effect could also occur in biological pollutant degradation processes. The selectivity can be influenced by interconnecting several reactor types.
