For a contaminated lake without biological activity chemical engineering investigation work was carried out with the aim of regeneration. Applied methods were chemical oxidation with ozone in ejektor reactors, biological water treatment, adsorption on activated carbon and electrochemical reaction. It could be shown that as a most promising variant seems a combination of ozonisation and biological treatment with adapted microorganismus.
