Metal-fullerene phase-separated nanocomposite films are reviewed with particular emphasis on the interfacial and charge-transfer interactions between the metal and C-60 Interesting physical and structural properties are observed and some novel Ag-C-60 and Cu-C-60 nanostructures are described. The Figure shows the electron diffraction pattern of an Ag-C-60 film prepared at room temperature.
