Nanolithographic electropolymerization of a precursor polymer film to form conducting nanopatterns
Electrochemical nanolithography is used to fabricate conducting nanopatterns by selective oxidative crosslinking of poly(vinylcarbazole) (PVK; see Figure). The stable patterns have line thicknesses of 30-150 nm and heights of 4 nm, depending on the bias voltage and writing speed. ne technique is simple, low-cost, and operates in ambient conditions.
