초록
4차 2-dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate-N-methylolacrylamide 공중합체를 합성하고 이를 아크릴계 대전방지제의 모체수지로서 사용하였다. 여기에 높은 흡습성의 anhydrous lithium chloride와 sodium gluconate를 블렌딩시켜 내구성 대전방지제(ANTA)를 제조하였다. ANTA를 PET직물에 단독 혹은 수지병용으로 처리한 후 내세탁성 시험결과 ANTA-8과 ANTA-9는 낮은 표면저항,작은 값의 마찰대전압 및 짧은 반감기 값을 가지는 양호한 내구성 대전방지제임이 입증되었다.
Quaternized 2-dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate-N-methylolacrylamide copolymer was synthesized as a base resin of acrylic type antistatic agent. Anhydrous lithium chloride and sodium gluconate having high absorbency were blended with the copolymer to give durable antistatic agent (ANTA). Treatment with and without resin to PET textile revealed that the synthesized ANTA-8 and ANTA-9 were good durable antistatic agents having low surface resistance, small frictional voltage and short half-life of electric charge.
