Electroless activator for depositing copper from self-assembled palladium nanospheres with mesopores
This study reports the synthesis of mesoporous and self-assembled Pd nanospheres in the organized micellar template, sodium n-dodecyl sulfate, whose electrostatic regulation was adjusted by adding H+ ions. These Pd nanospheres exhibit electrochemical characteristics and activity in the electroless deposition of copper when used as activators. (c) 2006 The Electrochemical Society.
