Adjustable full-color-emitting Dy3+-Activated SrB4O7 by codoping Zn2+
The photoluminescence properties of SrB4O7:Dy3+,Zn2+ under 365 nm excitation were investigated. The results indicate that the relative intensities of the peaks at 487 and 574 nm were enhanced with the increase of Zn2+ content, which results from the energy transferred from Zn2+ to F-4(9/2) of Dy3+. This phenomenon causes the chromaticity coordinates to move from the cold-white to warm-white side.
