Cellulose-Acrylamidoxime 공중합체의 합성과 전기 전도성에 관한 연구
A Study on the Synthesis and Electrical Properties of Cellulose-Acrylamidoxime Copolymer
초록
전도성 셀룰로오스-아크릴아미드옥심 착물을 합성하여 착물의 형성 및 전기전도성을 조사하였다. CuxS를 도입한 필름의 전기전도도는 반도체 영역임을 알았으며, CuxS-cell-AA의 전기전도도는 CuxS-cell-AN 착물보다 높게 나타났다. DSC 분석 결과, CuxS-cell-AA가 CuxS-cell-AN보다 Tm값이 18℃정도 낮게 나타났으며, 착물의 표면 구조는 전자 현미경 사진으로 관찰하였는데 착물이 형성됨에 따라 더욱 조밀해진 것으로 보아 공중합체에 CuxS가 도입되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.
Conducting cellulose-acrylamidoxime complex was synthesized, then their complex formation and electrical conductivity were examined. Electrical conductivity of CuxS complex films is in the range of semiconductors. The electrical conductivity of CuxS-cell-AA complex is higher than that of CuxS-cell-AN complex. In the results of DSC, the melting temperature of CuxS-cell-AA complex was 18℃ lower than that of CCuxS-cell-AN complex. The morphology of complex was also investigated by SEM. It could he confirmed that CuxS has been introduced into cell-AN and cell-AA from the change of surface structure, which was more compact with increasing the degree of complex formation.
