Chemical origin of advanced physical properties of rare-earth-barium cuprates
In the present work, typical cation ordering scenarios and time-temperature-transformation approach, crystal-, nano- and local structures of R1+xBa2-xCu3Oz (R = Pr, Nd) phases are compared. Original experimental and literature data are discussed with respect to enhancing superconducting properties of these materials with advanced pinning properties. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
