Chemical oxidation of SrCoO3-delta
Various chemical oxidants were investigated for their capability to oxidize brownmillerite SrCoO2.5 to perovskite SrCoO3-delta. Among the oxidants tested, KMnO4/HCl was found to be the strongest to yield SrCoO3-delta with delta approximate to 0.06.
