Continuous hydrothermal preparation of partially substituted perovskite oxide nanoparticles
Using a supercritical flow system, in which supercritical water was utilized as reaction medium, nanoparticles of partially substituted perovskite oxide (Ca0.8Sr0.2Ti0.9Fe0.1O3-alpha) were rapidly formed within a 10 s reaction time. The average particle size is 20 nm, and BET specific surface area is 70.6 m(2)/g.
