계면활성체를 이용한 분자 다층 구조의 합성
Synthesis of Molecular Multilayer Structure with Surfactant
초록
콜레스테롤을 갖는 계면활성제들을 합성하고 이 계면활성제들을 물 속에서 sonication하여 vesicle 용액을 형성한 다음, 이 용액을 건조하여 분자들이 규칙적으로 배열된 분자 다충 구조를 합성하였다. 이 막들을 X-ray diffractometer로 분석하여 다층 구조를 어느 정도 잘 하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 또한 trough를 이용하여 단분자막을 형성시킨 후, 이것을 여러번 transfer하여 분자 다층 구조를 합성하였다. 이 경우에 증류수만을 사용하면 transfer가 일어나지 않으며 polystyrene-sulfonic acid potassium salt를 첨가한 수용액 위에서는 transfer가 가능하였다.
Cholesterol-containing surfactants were synthesized, and sonicated in water to form a vesicle solution. To form a molecular multilayer structure this vesicle solution was dried. Using a X-ray diffractometer the thickness of one layer and the regularity of the multilayer were measured. The monolayer was formed in a trough and the multilayer was formed by transferring the monolayer to a substrate sevearal times. In this case the monolayer could not be transferred in water, but could be transferred in water solution of polystyrenesulfonic acid potassium salt.
