TiO2 졸 제조 공정에서 숙성 단계 조작을 통한 최적화된 염료감응형 태양전지 광전극의 제조
Aging Effect in TiO2 Sol Preparation for Design of Optimum Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
The fabrication of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) using synthesized TiO2 from sol-gel method were discussed. TiO2 sol was prepared by the process of aging accompanied hydrolysis/polycondensation using titanium-tetraisopropoxide as a starting material. The aging conditions were adjusted to control the size and structure of TiO2 sol and Ti02 particle. In the addition, influence of the physical and chemical properties of TiO2 s이 particles on the perfonnance of DSSCs were investigated. It was found that the conversion efficiency of DSSCs was highly affected by the physical and chemical properties of SN-TiO2 sol particles.
