Entrapment of luteolin into ethosomes was performed for improving its stability against oxidation. It was observed that the amount of added luteolin into lecithin had a considerable effect on the particle size of ethosome. The phase behavior of liquid crystalline phase in ethosome was investigated by polarized optical microscopy and DSC.
