염료감응형 태양전지의 재결합 방지를 위한 AI2O3가 코팅된 TiO2 전극의 제조
Optimization of Al2O3-coated TiO2 photo-electrode for high efficient dye- sensitized solar cells
This study reports the preparation of a core- shell nanoporous electrocle consisting of an inner TiO2 porous matrix and a thin over layer of AI2O3 using bohemite sol, and its application for dye-sensitizecl solar cell. AI2O3 coated onto TiO2 porous film was preparecl by the surface sol -gel process. The rol e of various particle size AI2O3 layer on the cell performance was investigated. The solar cells fabricated from AI2O3-coated electrodes showecl superior performance to the bare TiO2 electrode. Under illumination of AM 1.5 simulated sunlight (100 mW/cm2) a ca. 100 nm size AI2O3 over layer increasecl the photo-to- electric conversion efficiency was from 7.5 % to 9 %.
