The work presents a model of small-signal admittance for Schottky-Richardson emission into an organic layer. The discussion on both parts of complex admittance has been performed. Moreover, the analysis of direct current and small-signal admittance results obtained on a gold/molibdenyl phthalocyanine/gold sandwich system is included. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
