MMA/PMMA계 수지의 상아질접착에 있어서 4차 염화암모늄의 영향
Effects of Quaternary Ammonium Chloride Derivatives on the Dentin Adhesion of MMA/PMMA Resin

메틸메타크릴레이트( MMA ) / 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트( PMMA )계 레진을 1- cyclohexyl-5-ethyl barbituric acid (CEB), cupric acetyl acctonate (CAA) 그리고 4종류의 4차 염화암모늄(QAC)의 중합개시제 system을 이용하여 QAC의 구조에 따른 경화시간과 상아질에의 접착 강도의 영향에 관하여 검토하였다. MMA의 중합시간은 QAC의 alkyl carbon의 수가 줄어들수록 짧아졌으나, 접착강도는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었나. 또한 MMA 중의 CAA의 농도가 증가할수록 단량체의 중합시간은 짧아졌으나 이들 레진의 상아질에 대한 인장 접착강도는 감소하였다 상아질 전처리제는 접착강도에 커다란 영향을 미쳤는데, 10% 인산과 3% 염화구리를 이용하여 강아질을 전처리한 경우가 가장 높은 접착강도를 나타내었다.
Bond strength of MMA/PMMA rosins on dentin was examined using initiator system consisting of 1-cyclohexyl-5-ethylbarbituric acid (CEB), copper acetyl acetonate (CAA), and four quaternary ammonium chlorides (QAC). Efferts of the structure of QAC on curing time and dentin bonding strength were mainly investigated. With the decrease in carbon number of QAC, curing time of MMA was shortened while bond strength was decreased. With the increase of CAA concentration In MMA. curing time of the m()noter was shortened while bond strength of the resin to dentin was decreased. The effect of dentin conditioner on bond strength was significant. The highest bond strength was observed when treating the dentin with 10% of phosphoric acid and 3% of cupric chlorids.
