High-resolution measurement of the anisotropy of charge transport in single crystals
High-resolution measurement of anisotropic electrical properties allows the probing of transport in organic materials as an explicit function of molecular orientation and proximity. A new device architecture facilitates the efficient measurement of these properties; 15 degrees angular resolution is demonstrated for the rubrene single crystal.
