High-Temperature Vapor-Liquid-Equilibria of Helium Plus 1-Methylnaphthalene and Helium Plus N-Hexadecane
Vapor-liquid equilibria were experimentally determined for binary mixtures of helium + 1-methylnaphthalene and helium + n-hexadecane at temperatures up to 705 K and pressures to 153 bar. The measurements were made in a flow apparatus to minimize thermal decomposition of chemicals at high temperatures. The equilibrium data were compared with calculated results from several equations of state.
