Quaternary Tin(IV) Antimony(III) Sulfide Decorated with Lanthanum(III) Ethylenediamine Complexes: [La(en)(4)SbSnS5](2)center dot 0.5H(2)O
A quaternary tin(IV) antimony(III) sulfide decorated by lanthanum(III) ethylenediamine complexes, namely, [La(en)(4)SbSnS5](2)center dot 0.5H(2)O (1; en=ethylenediamine), has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally, thermally, and optically characterized. Its structure features an isolated hexanuclear molecule of [La(en)(4)SbSnS5](2). The intermolecule hydrogen-bond interactions result in a three-dimensional supramolecular network, which remains intact upon dehydration.
