Two-laser-guided three-dimensional microfabrication and processing in a flexible polymer matrix
By using two laser beams with different wavelengths, we demonstrate 3D-writing of a gold nanoparticle (AuNP) array with a line width of few micrometers inside the ablative polymer matrices without any surface damage. It is discovered that the irradiation of two laser beams causes novel photoinduced phenomena (laser-guided formation of the AuNP array and microcavity (tunnel) formation).
