A model is developed to describe sublimation accompanied by chemical reaction. This mathematical model is valid for spherical particles and isothermal regime. To verify this model ammonium chloride particles were investigated, using air as carrier gas. The model predictions are in good agreement with the experimental data Temperature effect on the global process rate is also correctly predicted.
