Fluid Phase Equilibria, Vol.268, No.1-2, 68-73, 2008
Vapor-liquid equilibrium data for the (hexafluoroethane+1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane) system at temperatures from 263 to 353 K and pressures up to 4.16 MPa
Isothermal vapor-liquid equilibrium data are reported for the binary system of hexafluoroethane and 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane in the temperature range 263-353 K and in the pressure range 0.2-4.2 MPa. A reliable "static-analytic" method taking advantage of two online micro-capillary ROLSI (TM) samplers is used for all the measurements. The data are correlated using our in-house (ThermoSoft) thermodynamic software based on the Peng-Robinson equation of state, the Mathias-Copeman alpha function, the Wong-Sandler mixing rules, and the NRTL model.
