Parameter Adaptive-Control - A Solution to the Overmodeling Problem
This paper presents a parameter adaptive controller that will stabilize and asymptotically regulate any single-input single-output, linear time-invariant, controllable and observable, discrete-time plant, given only that an upper bound on its order is known.
