Heat capacity of La6UO12, Sm6UO12 and Eu6UO12 by DSC

Heat capacity measurements were carried out on La6UO12, Sm6UO12 and Eu6UO12 with differential scanning calorimetry in the temperature range 298-800K. Enthalpy, entropy and Gibbs energy functions were computed. The heat capacity values of La6UO12, SM6UO12 and Eu6UO12 at 298 K are 407, 439 and 461 J K-1 mol(-1), respectively. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V.
