USE OF BIOORGANIC COMPOUNDS FOR REDUCING THE MOISTURE CONTENT OF DIESEL FUEL TO REDUCE THE ICING EFFECT
The possibility of reducing the moisture content in diesel fuel by using a hydrophilic polymer, TPA (thermal polyaspartate ion), which is simply and cheaply synthesized, was investigated. It was shown that when TPA is added in a given amount to a given volume of diesel fuel, the moisture content decreases significantly.
