Lipophilic Hexadentate Aluminum, Gallium, Indium, and Iron Complexes of a New Phenolate-Derivatized Cyclohexanetriamine Ligand
A hexadentate ligand (L) of the cis-tris((hydroxybenzyl)amino) cyclohexane type has been synthesized from cis-1,3,5-cyclohexanetriol. The deprotonated ligand forms uncharged lipophilic complexes with Al3+, Ga3+, In3+, and Fe3+.
