SnSe Nanoparticles Anchored on TiO2 Nanotube Arrays by Pulsed Electrochemical Deposition
In this study, SnSe nanoparticles with well-defined crystallinity have been assembled into vertically aligned TiO2 nanotubes by pulsed electrodeposition method from aqueous solutions and thermally heat treated in air atmosphere. The obtained films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The relationship between the morphology of SnSe nanoparticles and the deposition parameters was investigated to optimize the deposition condition. (C) 2011 The Electrochemical Society.
