H-Infinity-Control with Output-Feedback for Time-Varying Discrete-Systems
The H-infinity-control problem for time-varying discrete-time systems is considered. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a stabilizing suboptimal controller are given in terms of two Riccati equations. The uniform boundedness and the stabilizing property of the Riccati equations and Redheffer’s lemma are discussed.
