In this paper vorticity covariance in MHD turbulent flow of dusty fluid in the presence of coriolis force have been obtained. The obtained result shows that the defining scalars alpha(s, t), beta(s, t) and gamma(s, t) of the vorticity covariance depend on the defining scalars of the tensors W-ij, P-ik,P-j, F-kj,F-i, D-ik,D-j, H-kj,H-i, T-ij and R-ij already defined in the text.
