Antiferromagnetic thickness dependence of blocking temperature in SFMO/SFWO multilayer
Effect of SFWO thickness on exchange bias field (H(E)) and blocking temperature (T(B)) in Sr(2)FeMoO(6) (SFMO)/Sr(2)FeWO(6) (SFWO) multilayer thin films fabricated on single crystal LaAIO(3) substrates using PLD had been thoroughly investigated. The exchange-biasing field H(E) was found to decrease with increase in temperature. The functional dependence of blocking temperature (the temperature at which the exchange-biasing field H(E) between an antiferromagnetic (AF) and a ferromagnet (FM) vanishes) on thickness was found to follow a power law relationship, which is consistent with the finite size scaling phenomenon.
