Simple-Models of Spectral Radiative Properties of Carbon-Dioxide
Spectral properties of pure carbon dioxide are thoroughly investigated in the gas temperature range 600-2400 K and PaL range of 0.01-10 atm m. Regression modelling of spectral band properties (absorption coefficient (k(i)), lower (lambda(l,i)) and upper (lambda(u,i)) wavelength limits) derived From an Edwards wide band model is carried out. Comparisons of the regression models in a banded zone method and a weighted sum of grey gases model for carbon dioxide with Edwards wide band model are presented which show that good agreement has been achieved for the regression model.
