Investigation of Adhesion of Spherical Glass Particles on Technical Surfaces using the Vibration Method
The vibration method permits a timesaving determination of particle adhesion force distributions of arbitrary combinations of surface and powdery bulk material under variable atmospheric conditions. The adhesion forces of monodisperse glass beads on different finished stainless steel surfaces are investigated and compared with common models and a new one considering a fitting contact.
