The fixed encapsulation of dispersed nanoparticles poses a particular technical challenge. Several approaches for deagglomeration are tested and resulting products will be characterized by atomic force microscopy, analytical centrifugation and SEM to determine the dispersion quality. Concluding, several composites are produced and tested in correlation to process parameters.
