Investigation of parametric dependence and linear dynamics of a cascade of stirred tank biochemical reactors
Quantitative analysis of the parametric dependence was undertaken for an isothermal cascade of a stirred tank biochemical reactors with recycle, The investigations were carried out simultaneously with the tracing of eigenvalues computed for the model equations. On the basis of such a procedure conclusions concerning the local dynamic properties of the determined steady states were drawn. The influence of fundamental operational parameters was analysed for various selected kinetic equations of biochemical processes. The conclusions drawn are of both fundamental and practical significance.
