The results of experimental investigations of power consumption of side-entering propeller mixers are presented. The effect of geometrical parameters of impeller and its location on the power consumption were studied. On the basis of the experimental measurement performed it has been elaborated the functional dependencies of the power number on the deflection angle, pitch and diameter of agitator.
