The dielectric and electrical properties of Ag2O doped 0.9(Na0.52K0.48)NbO3-0.1 LiTaO3 ceramics
Ag doped 0.9(Na0.52K0.48)NbO3-0.1LiTaO(3) lead free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the conventional mixed method. The effects of the Ag content on the microstructure and the electrical properties for the 0.9(Na0.52K0.48)NbO3-0.1LiTaO(3) ceramics were systematically investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis was employed to extract the structural properties. XRD analysis showed that the specimens employed in this study have the perovskite structure. The dielectric and electric properties of Ag2O doped 0.9(Na0.52K0.48)NbO3-0.1LiTaO(3) ceramics were measured from 1 kHz to 1 MHz with the various temperature range. The experimental results show that Ag strongly affects the microstructure and the electrical properties of the ceramics. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
