The paper presents the analysis of kinetic and energy parameters of the ozone synthesis process in a low temperature non-isothermal plasma. The influence of gas-dynamic and process conditions on the ozone concentrations and energy efficiency of the process has been determined. The results of investigations are presented in the form of a correlation equation.
