제목 The folded Nanonet: Rapid detection of COVID-19 pathogenic virus without RTPCR
초록 The main reason for the corona disease to have become a pandemic is the inability to detect the disease immediately. To overcome this inability, the pseudo-3D covalent organic structure nanonet (p-3D-COF nanonet) have been developed and their co-bonding type made them into a three-dimensional nanonet finally. To detect Covid-19 disease, a specific gene sequence the N region of the Covid-19 pathogen genome used as the target DNA. During detection, the probes and surface of the nanonet interaction happened. As a result, the dsDNA are separated from the nanonet, and the target was then subjected to quantitative analysis of COVID-19 DNA by restoring the P1 fluorescence. In this method, the Covid-19 DNA detection limit is 2 Pico moles without any RTPCR to multiply the virus RNA.
