제목 Ceramic 3D printing with tailored macro/microscale porosities via thermally induced phase-separation (TIPS)
초록 Camphene has been used as a porogen because of its dendritic crystals and sublimable property. In conventional camphene-based freeze-casting, solid camphene should be heated over its melting temperature to be applied as a solvent and/or binder before solidified in a mold. Due to this condition, evaporation of the camphene would be accelerated and process efficiency would be decreased. Therefore, we combined two photopolymers to control solubility of the camphene, namely, the point of the phase-separation. In this approach, photopolymerizable alumina suspensions with various contents of the camphene could be manufactured showing similar moderate phase-separation temperatures. We've applied these suspensions to DLP printing, so as to achieve complex structures with macro/microscale porosities effectively.
