제목 | Freeze-casting assisted DLP for microporous ceramic structures |
초록 | Addictive manufacturing(AM) techniques for 3-dimensional complex designs have been developed widely. SLA(Stereo-lithography) and DLP(Digital Light Processing) can build designed structures rapidly and precisely on each layer. Additionally there have been studies try to make micro-nanometer size pores within designed structures for variety needs of porous ceramics. Alumina ceramic colloidal suspension was used for DLP 3D printing and camphene was added as a pore vehicle. Existing methods dealing with camphene require keeping high temperature about 70°C from manufacturing suspension process to printing process for melting down camphene which is solid at room temperature. But in this study, camphene soluble monomer at room temperature is used, so there is no need to control the temperature before printing process. Instead we need to decrease the temperature where camphene crystalline dendrite forms during printing process. By adjusting this temperature and component ratio we can tailor pore size and pore structures. |
