제목 | A study on the heat transfer characteristics for polymer/MWCNT composite materials |
초록 | Polymer(polycarbonate, modified polyphenyleneoxide, polyphenylene sulfide)/multi-walled carbon nanotube composite materials were prepared using a twin-screw extruder. The morphology and the properties of thermal, electrical, heat transfer of the Polymer/multi-walled nanotube composites were investigated. The glass transition temperature and the melting temperature was changed by the interfacial adhesion between the multi-walled carbon nanotube and the polymer, For the polycarbonate, a new glass transition was appeared at temperature of 214 ℃. At the content of 15 wt% of a multi-walled carbon nanotube, thermal characteristics was excellent than aluminum. Aluminum was a concentration-type heat transfer, Polymer/multi-walled carbon nanotube composites was diffusion heat transfer. |
