(2-Dimethylaminoethyl) methacrylate (DMAEMA) and phenyl vinyl sulfide (PVS) were synthesized using a free radical reaction method. DMAEMA shows LCST at about 34°C when it is copolymerized, and PVS has a sulfide group, so it reacts sensitively to oxidation. The synthesis ratio of DMAEMA and PVS was confirmed through the NMR spectrum. Optical density values were measured using a UV spectrophotometer to observe changes in LCST according to PVS content and treated H2O2 concentration. After mixing the photosensitizer with the aqueous polymer solution, it was added dropwise to monoolein to prepare cubic phase (CP). Thermal stability was confirmed by measuring the phase transition temperature of CP observed with a polarizing microscope. The phase transition temperature was observed through DSC and compared with the measurement result under a polarization microscope. By dispersing CP, the intrinsic pattern was confirmed through TEM, and the particle size and zeta potential were measured. CP was manufactured by loading FITC-dextran and a photosensitizer, and the degree of release according to oxidation conditions and NIR irradiation was checked. |
