In this study, we propose a new method for preparing stable and sensitive liposome using flow chemistry. Existing liposome formation methods are difficult to fine-tune the physical factors of liposome formation. We solve this problem by utilizing flow chemistry for the liposome formation process. PDAs that undergo color shift due to external stimuli are self-assembled into liposomes in an aqueous solution. The preparation of monodisperse PDA liposomes with long-term stability is important because it is used as a material for a sensor. Precise control of flow rate and physical condition Inside microfluidic channels permit the successful formation of stable, mono-disperse liposome. The size of liposome particle prepared and storage stability in an aqueous solution over time were confirmed using particle size analyzer, and the characteristics of polymerization and temperature detection were confirmed by UV-Vis spectra. |
